Week 20

Well today is the start of Week 20 for Chris at the academy! It'll be a busy week for him. Today he had his Physical Training Test to see how much he has progressed since the last one in March and to figure out his placement physically. Tomorrow his class is doing taser training which means each of them will be getting tased. Fun, fun, fun. Then Wednesday he has his Code 3 driving which is the final driving test in the EVOC course. Friday they start their scenarios and they go all the way through next week. He should be getting his "dream sheet" this week. The rumor was they would be getting them on the 20th but, they've also heard they don't normally give them out until a Thursday so that they have all weekend to put a list together. So it'll be soon anyway. Then only a few more weeks and we'll be house hunting.... somewhere. The weather has been so nice here. Last week we had a few days where it got up to 107. The average has been about 101. It's cooling down this week though. Upper 80's so I can't complain. The kids have been loving it. We have our little pool on the back deck that they play in almost everyday. Chris and I took them to the pool here at the apartment on Saturday and we had a blast. Brynn has been getting ready for her ballet recital at her class. They have been practicing so much. They are adorable! I can't wait to see them on stage. Parker has been really getting into things now that he is very proficiant at walking. Brynn was taking a bath last week and Parker was just wandering around. I was doing laundry and Chris was sitting on the couch and we hear a little splash and Brynn yells... Parker got in the tub. So I go running in there and he's standing up in the bathtub fully clothed and completly soaked. It scared me but, it was too funny at the same time. We got our family pictures done this weekend. They turned out so good! Finally some family pictures I'm completly satisfied with! Chris had to have two family pictures for the slideshow at graduation so, we ended up getting them done since all of our pictures are in storage right now. Anyway, that's all for now.
