We got some very good news today on Parker. The doctor said to take him off the medication that the 17-OHP is still supressed. She said they have been on the phone with New York about the genetic test and they are almost certain that he doesn't actually have CAH. They said there are some minor mutations but, nothing that is saying he has it. They want us to do another lab in a month to see if the 17-OHP is still supressed and then they'll be able to say 100% whether he has it or that it was a mistake from him being premature. So, we are very happy to say that he is going to be off his medicine and hopefully it'll stay that way and that this whole thing was just a mistake!! We'll let you know next month!
